GameNuke.org is happy to announce the release of our WoW Server Status Module for Joomla. This module uses Nick Schaffner's WoW status php script and continues with the established GNU license. Unlike Nick's script, you no longer have to configure it via text file as all variables can be changed via Joomla's admin interface.

THIS VERSION DOES NOT WORK WITH SERVERS THAT DO NOT OFFER AN XML FILE ON THE STATUS PAGE!!!!

This lightweight script will parse Blizzard's XML feed and display a server status on your Guild's webpage.  The output can be configured as text/HTML or a dynamically generated image using the GD Library for PHP. We've included a test file in the download so you can see if your server supports the GD functions. Even if it doesn't, there are two other options for showing the server status as a Joomla Module.

If you have any problems with this module, please post them in our forums. This may help others who run into similar problems.
